"Patsy's Lady" is a tribute to Michele's dad. Growing up, she always had to explain to people that her dad's name was Patsy. Not Pat, short for Patrick, just Patsy. He always called her, and her mom and sister "Lady". If you ever see Michele's tattoo on her wrist and wonder why it says "Lady", that's why.
